Sure! Firstly, you need to make sure you have the right equipment:
Manga thin/thick lined pen, sharp/blunt pencils, good eraser and imagination!

Hmm... Draw something, with your own skills, make sure you can see everything:
Eyes, hair, face, hands, mouth (open), feet, clothing, neck. But DON'T give it ears, or a tail, or any animal feature, I want to see a NORMAL Manga Human!
